Our countertop in the Mountaineer is dull, and has been since day one. Is there a way to shine it up?

What's the material, solid surface ? Corian style isn't supposed to have what you would call a shine. Granite/silstone/etc. is another story.
Countertop magic is available at HD, but it ain't cheap...but you'll only need one can in your lifetime.

Old world treatments like the old glass wax are only available in a similar type, limited quantity.

Hope this helps !
