I think it may be Dave's since he added where they are.

Hmmm...no scrolling on this page for me. I'm at 1024 x 768 and have to make my fonts huge before I get any scrolling.

Ozzie,
As it turns out it is your "states" img that was causing the scroll. I moved it so it no longer causes the problem.

Just got back from playing at Disney all day. Sue, I will add a carriage return half way through the one line in my sig. Can't hurt. Maybe it will help...

Oops...
Thank you for doing that for me. I'm a bit surprised it was my sig as this was the first I've heard of it. I suppose more people here use larger screen sizes, eh? Maybe we need new sig requirements for width?

Dave
Yes, helped but I'm still scrolling about 1/4 of an inch. Now don't get alarmed but I think it is RVWheels. He needs to lower his font in the signature. The scrolling is not that big of a deal but it does effect trying to read all the words in a post. Glad you had fun with Mickey. Have you gone to Epcot yet? We loved that place so much we went back several times.
Happy trails..................

I love Epcot. As a HS science teacher, it is a huge draw for me. Although, I also like Animal Kingdom and MGM. Cheryl's choice was MGM for yesterday. Saw Fantasmic for the first time last night. Great show.

Parrothead,
Please check another topic page where I've posted and let me know if you still need to scroll. If it is caused by my sig then you should see the same problem everywhere I've posted.

Thanks,

RVWheels

I checked "Registering with MOC TAP" not happening there so I guess it isn't you. A mystery because I don't see anything else that is running over. I wonder if because Ozzie's map was making it run over even though you fixed it, it still thinks it is that wide from the original post. Who knows, these things are a mystery sometimes. I had this problem on a web page at the school district once and we never did find the answer. It could be a space somewhere also.
Happy trails.......................

I'm running a 1280x800 resolution on this laptop so very rarely see any scrolling on the forum. I reduced the window size until the scroll bar appeared and still don't see anything causing scrolling. I even did a ctrl-a to highlight to see if there was any dead space causing the problem. I found nothing.

I am old enough to have started in "Data Processing," where we handled 3,000-card trays of punched cards stacked 6 feet high on carts. We punched them, sorted them, "proved" them and then ran them through an IBM 407 (which required days of manual wiring) to get a printout.
The reason this may apply to this current problem is that we would get through a certain stage of processing, go home for the night, and come back in the morning to find the cards in an unexpected order, other than the one in which we left them.
We finally named the situation "osmiotic unsort," discovering that the little holes in the punched cards ran around at night and didn't always get back to where they came from before we arrived the next morning.
Maybe a similar grinch is working here on the electronic level?
By the way, we never did catch the little holes in motion and I imagine that electrons move much faster, so good luck.
