Crab Gumbo
2 onions,chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
7 cups water
10 pods okra, or frozen chopped okra, 2 cups
2 bay leaves
3 sprigs parsley
11/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. chilie peppers
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. lump crabmeat
Add all ingredients together except crabmeat and butter. Cook for 30 minutes. Cook crabmeat and butter together for 20 minutes. Add together and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
