Montana Cover

Good morning all.

Curious if anyone has a certain brand or type of cover they prefer to cover a Montana Mountaineer with for the winter. Plans are to build a cover but until spring I need a soft cover.

Any ideas folks?

Thanks

You will find that while there are a few folks who swear by the covers there are far more of us who think they do more harm than good. Before we went full time ours was out in the snow, wind and cold of Kansas and there were no issues.

Where we live, the sun is the biggest issue. We only really have to cover the front half of the Montana as the rear half is in shade most of the time. So to get the most use we cut the cover in half and just cover the front to protect it. When that half wears too thin, we then use the other half.

This is the current cover we are using:

Heavy Duty Cover

We purchased a Camco cover for our 2019 3721RL. The best covers will have a Tyvek roof. This is a waterproof material that is also breatheable. It will allow the roof to stay dry and reduce moisture build up. We live in the Northeast with harsh winters and find the cover protects the whole trailer, but as other members have stated its a personal thing.
