I like mine. DW has some stability issues and these are SOLID - we never worry when she goes up or down the steps. Yea, I level before opening the trailer to avoid bending stuff. Only draw back for me is, I park in an RV storage lot. If I have to get in my trailer, I have to pull it out before I can drop the steps.

The steps are terrible if you ever have to fold them in when it’s raining

our Monty came with the Moryd and we love them. As far as debris falling inside when you close them, we just sweep them off and have runners inside the doors so anything that may be left can be shaken out at the next stop.
If I were doing a retrofit I think I would seriously consider the GlowSteps as they seem to have more flexible adjusting. As most progress goes Moryd came up with a new and great idea and others have now improved upon it. In any event I would never go back to the diving board.
