Cannot reach water shutoff valves when stackables are in stalled

So I installed valves in the basement

Agree with Dick. Could be a major mess if you sprung a leak and could not shut off the water.

I`m thinking this would even be good idea, even if you DONT have a washer/dryer hooked up. I`m also wondering if this would help with winterization process.

If you do not have a washer and dryer, behind the back wall of the pass through storage where they Tee off is a great place to do that. I did that on my 379RD.

The whole line to the washer will stay dry.

Thought of a Tee with a valve on it, but it will not get the water in the hoses.

Since we do not have a washer/dryer I installed valves in the basement as close as possible to the water source. The washer side of the pipes not stay winterized so I do not have to worry about that any more.

I also put valves on all the other fixtures incase there is a problem with a particular fixture. I can shut off water to that fixture while still using the others.
