2014 Montana Big Sky broken spring hanger and cracked wheel

While at the Albuquerque Balloon Festival I discovered a broken spring hanger and cracked rim spoke, I was able to find McBrides Welding and Spring in town to weld up the spring hanger. "Kudos to McBrides"
I called Keystone about the cracked rim and they referred me to Tiera RV Sales,

I contacted Stephanie at Tiera RV and found that my rim has been discontinued, my question is does anyone out there know where I can get a new or used rim.

I'm surprised more hangers don't break. Have you ever noticed when backing on concrete when cutting it hard the tires look like they are going to roll off the rims. When I back in at home I leave rubber marks in the road where the tires have scuffed from side thrust.

Yes I have seen what looks like the tires nearly coming off the rims on a tight turn--- scary

Check with Treddit. They are an OEM supplier to Keystone. I was able to find my discontinued wheel for my spare replacement.

Call Treddit directly and tell them your situation. There have been posts in the past that indicated they were willing to work out a deal, where they sold the individual three new wheels at a discount, and replaced the broken one under their warranty. So, you will end up with four new wheels, and have the other three to sell. This would be a better option than not having one, as these wheels are not made or stocked anymore. Their number in Elkhart-855-887-3348

Tredit support

I "catastrophically lost an entire Hub wheel and Tire this Spring
I was able to procure a "similar" wheel from Tredit - they did not suggest getting two. They also did not have the Center Cap for the Wheel or the same size lug nuts.
I'll get a Center Cap from E-Trailer, but have yet to find the same size and length lug nuts anywhere so far so I have to carry to different size sockets for now...
Just FYI

As Bob said, call Tredit. My buddy cracked a rim going ot the WRSP in June. As an original owner there is a lifetime guarantee on the rims. They replaced his cracked rim with two new rims (so they would all match on that side of the RV) and offered to sell him another two matching rims for something like $69 each. That way all the rims on the RV match again.

That's a great deal I only got 2 free, had to pay $65.00 each for the other 2 but I'm glad they stepped up and took care of my situation...
