2012 Fall Rally

Has any decision been made on the dates for the 2012 rally? Trying to get vacation dates arranged and would like to get some arrangements made. Thanks in advance.

The Fall 2012 Rally is scheduled (as 8.1al stated) for September 19 (Wednesday) Through September 26 (Wednesday), 2012. The dates (both scheduled and tentative) for all MOC Rallies can be found here.

Additionally, if the dates for the Fall Rally for 2013 are of interest, they will be September 25 (Wednesday) Through October 2 (Wednesday), 2013

jrhaman -

Last year the rally wasn't able to accommodate all of the Montana's and a few SOB's showed up. I suspect that there may be room outside of the main rally area, but I don't want to speak for the rally wagonmasters. And, in answer Tom, no, I will only be there for 4 of the 7 days this year. With a Wednesday to Wednesday rally and coming from Texas, I would need to take two weeks of vacation and that is not in the cards. So, no wagonmaster work for us. As always, we will be available to help where we can. Terrie will be there for the full rally. We will drive the week before, I'll fly back to Texas and fly back to the rally again on Friday night. This will be our ninth Goshen rally. If all works out, our tenth Goshen rally will be our first year of retirement.

A point of clatification on SOBs attending the rally last year. We did have two SOBs in the main rally area. However, we had two locations (the main area 76 sites and the hill 17 sites) avalaible for attendees and all the Montana owners who requested to attend the rally were accomodated. There is no way to identify who is a Montana owner unless it is in their profile or the question asked during the registration, are you a Montana owner? The four years we have attended the Fall Rally that question was never asked. Not to say it should not be one of the questions during registration. Since it is a Montana Owners Rally, IMHO, priority should go to Montana Owners in the main area. I cannot speak for the 2012 Wagon Master, it is his call.
