Transfer switch recommendation
Hi all, I am needing to replace a transfer switch, Hard to find any reviews on any. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good quality switch.

Try Phoenix rv salvage. I found there last summer.
Also, try Craigslist. I couldn't find internal replace ment parts. You may be able to get one on Amazon.
You can call the manfacturer for a replacement, I think over $250 if I recall right.

Oh yeah, that was my second replacement.

Transfer switch are for onboard generators, Just looking for a quality brand.

RV Switch gear
As I mentioned earlier, try calling Arizona RV Salvage located in Phoenix, AZ. 1-602-727-0301
That was the source I used when mine failed. It was about $100 compared to $250 +/- for a new one. The switch gear is used to seperate the generator power to regular power for your coach. When the generator is turned on, the switch gear cuts off shore power and uses the generated power. Generally the internal parts will fail and finding the replacement part is almost impossible.
