Condensation on a humid night

Hi all! We finally got our Montana and have it set up, have had it parked and staying in it about a month now. It has been humid being we are into July, but I noticed excessive condensation on the outside of the camper where it shows the location of the framework in the wall.

Attaching pics, has anyone else had this issue with their Montana?

Thanks!

Mia

Yep very common and normal. Nothing to worry about.

I count that as a benefit! My unit did not come with a handrail on the stair to the bedroom. I installed one myself. The condensation on the exterior helped me locate the studs for mounting the handrail. See sketch below. I posted this sketch to the forum when I was looking for the mounting height of the rail. You never know when you might need to know where your studs are in any certain area of your RV.

Yep, very common. Nothing to be concerned over.

If you don't have a washer/dryer take pictures now of the front. It will show you where the frame is for when you need to drill the hole for the dryer vent so you avoid hitting the wall stud.

Thank you Mike!! We changed out the standard handrail for one that my 74 year old Mom could reach but I really want that folding one from the video. Still unhappy with the service department at Camping World that they couldn’t install it without either moving my door or taking out the awning. Lol!

As soon as I get my “Honey Do” convinced I’m getting that handrail!

Count your blessings and save those pics in a safe place for future reference! Since DW is the shutterbug of the family, I had her take numerous pics of ours the first time the opportunity arose. One never knows when they may come in handy.
