Black tank Flush leak
When I flush the black tank, water sprays on the sliding bedroom door. My research indicates this may be caused by a bad check valve located behind the pantry, however there is no access panel in the pantry to access this valve. As a note, there is a access panel in the pantry at about eye level but when I took it off there was nothing behind it. I'm thinking they put the panel in the wrong place. Keystone customer is not answering my calls. Any help would be much appreciated.

Robert, you're right about the panel being in the wrong place. You have to eyeball the valve by looking at space next to the slider and cut a new hole. Then cover with a new piece of panelling. I don't know of anyone who has the cover in the right place.....

Same with ours. I have to wonder whether they cut those holes before installation and somebody moved the water lines and forgot to tell the hole cutter. That hole does serve to help locate where that valve is, though, so you can do as Phil suggests.

Yep, same here, cut a new access hole, cut out the offending check vavle and replaced it with a stright connector by passing that detour of water line up through the floor and back. Happy with the "modification" and no more leaks.
