Does anyone know where I can get this vent

Does anyone know what this is venting and where I might buy it. I have 2 of them on my roof, front and rear. They aren't plumbing vents as there are also 2 of them up there.

On edit: Oh, they are called mushroom attic vents and provide circulation to the open attic portion beneath the rig's roof structure.

I got mine from the local Montana dealer, around $12.00 ea.
