Janet, it's good to hear another success story!
As for your other question, my wife and I camp with another couple quite a bit and one of there lines was if something ever happened to us men they were going to place adds stating "WANTED, tall, dark, and handsome. Must be able to pull fifth wheel".

Go for it!! You will find it is much easier to tow than you think, especially after the first few miles. As far as backing up, it's not that hard--I don't get to do it anymore ever since I easily backed up our old fifth wheel into a camp site after Paul had trouble and got upset and told me if I was so smart just to do it myself. It happened to be in front of one of his former students!! Moral of the story, You can do it as well or better than anyone else!!

You can back up the Fifth wheel Ladies, yes you can and you can drive it and do anything with it as well as any male, and better than some, (sorry guys),And you don't back as much as you once did anyhow. We always ask for a pull through and we always get one. I am a driver trainer for those big ole school busses and you may note that most school bus drivers are ladies. 12 hours of driver training and they are throwing those 38 and 40 foot busses around like Volkswagens. That includes alley docking(backing up) Parallel parking, serpentine backups,( try that sometime guys) It just takes practice and a can do attitude. And tell hubby to leave the testosterone at home.
