What year is yours? I just picked mine up and had to take it immediately back to dealer due to the lower skirting coming off on the rear drivers side. Manufacture did not screw in the metal. Just siliconed it behind the trim. I purchased a 2019 3701LK. Congratulations on your purchase though!

We have the 3700LK and our skirting came off this spring, it was covered by warranty, the rivets broke. I've seen and heard of it happening on a few models.

Ok thanks for all the comments.
Here we go. We went to pick it up and we had issues with the entry door it was difficult to
Open. This was on a Saturday. We left it to repair the basement door latch and the entry door So the following Thursday returned to pick it up The door worked well and the basement door latch was ok. When I got home the door wouldn’t open only to find the door was bowed. I’m still waiting to hear back from the service dept. it cost me $120 round trip to get these repairs done so here I go another trip to service. Not to mention other issuers that we are ok with fixing ourselves

that J skirting issue is model agnostic. When going through the factory tour, every one was installed in a way that it would fall off going down the road. Brought the issue up to our tour guide

Ours is a 2018 3701lk

Some issues ( fixed now) :
Replaced main door Not installed square
Trim fell off in numerous locations fixed
Furnace burner rusted and full of water sealed and replaced
Black valve leaked Replaced
Under storage food leaked Replaced
Ceiling fan switch replaced

We had a great dealer who fixed it all, albeit 4 trips their for service

Design ( placement of) residential frig next to slide prevents opening doors completely and have to disassemble shelving to take out and clean

No shut off valve under kitchen sink for ice maker Valve at frig When wintering get pink ice

Aside from that, like our unit

Congrats on the new rig. EVERY new Montana owner should know that many of the manufacturing defects have only a 60-day warranty. Why... ? Because Keystone policy says so. I just took my 2020 Montana Legacy to the dealer and I'm told that after 60 days the manufacturing defects become the owner's responsibility. If you have anything wrong that you want repaired/adjusted you should take a photo and note the problem and immediately email it to Keystone Customer Service. After 60 days you're at the mercy of Keystone. Granted, the bubbled flooring in mine is covered but a dozen other items such as unfilled nail holes, crooked blinds, entry steps that rub the door frame, and more belong to me to deal with. The 3-year warranty is a sales tactic - and for the RV frame only.

check your outside walls for any flexing. See if the warping changes if hooked up or not

Carl G and any others that have heard this about the warranty-- I don't know who your dealer/s was but he is filling you with a real pile of BS. Have that dealer show you where it says that and make him show it to you in writing. That dealer just does not want to do warranty work because he can't charge Keystone his outrageous prices the charges for repair work. Keystone has a set price to give to dealers for repair work that falls under warranty and that is what they get paid nothing more. Many dealers do not like to accept that amount and will give the customer any excuse they can so they do not have to do the work. If you or any one has a problem that would fall under the warranty all you have to do is call Keystone Customer Service with your VIN #, your name, when you purchased the unit and who you purchased it from and they will try and work things out for the customer. Just remember that you get more with honey or sugar than you do with vinegar and if you treat the Customer Service wrong you more than likely will not get the service you would like, so be kind and patient.

I'm not trying to start something here but I know for a fact that the 60 day warranty deal is totally incorrect and anyone that tells you it is has to prove it to me and to you in writing before I'd accept any stupid statement like that period!
