I don't understand your post??!!?? Are you trying to find out how to fill the onboard water tank or what? If you are there is a switch or turn knob that directs the city water coming from the hose to the onboard fresh water tank. All you have to do is turn it to that position. I can't tell you the exact location of the knob because my unit is in storage at the farm but I'm sure someone else will be along here to tell you the exact location. I also think there is a video put out by Keystone on how to fill the tank. If not, google it and I'll be you find one.

If your rig is new you only have the valve in the convenience center. If you have an older rig, like ours, you may have a little locked door on the street side rear of your rig. Open the door and remove the cap and you can fill from there or use the valve in the convenience center. Either way, if you have the door and cap, remove the cap before you fill to let maximum air out.

Send a message via AIM to stengels
You'll know if you are filling the fresh water tank, as you will hear it, opposed to having the water hooked up to your rig's direct system.

We are trying to fill the on board tank. The convenience center has a lot of toggle switches. The book we have for directions is useless. I can't figure out the combination of the switches to allow the water into the on board tank

This is the photo of our valve to fill the tank. It is in the normal position, where street water is running through the rig. With the pump turned off, and water still connected, all you need to do is turn the lever to fill and wait for the water to dribble out of the vent on the side of your rig, then turn it back to the normal position. Your tank will be full.

It's going to take a good deal longer than you think the first time. Ours takes 11-15 minutes to fill depending on water pressure.

I found the directions printed on the side of the convenience center. Rohrmann's description is right on.

On my unit the vent is all the way at the back of the unit on the ODS. A little piece of black plastic covers the vent line.

Another consideration is that at 8.3 lbs per gallon, water can add lots of weight.

As others have posted fill with a flip of the lever, then wait till it runs out the overflow on left rear corner then return the lever to original position. Then you will probably have around 500 lbs. of water on board. Run the furnace during typical water freezing weather so your under belly will stay adequately warm to avoid freezing the line from your fresh tank back to water pump and then to your sinks/comode. Have fun
