I would agree with you on the above.. It was not Kipor that said that.It was a independent repair facility that repairs all brands. We asked the local shop about repaires and the answer was that 80/85 % of the parts are interchangeable..We shall see if the need arises. There are KiporFacilities the usa//Do a google.
