Fire Place & Remot

Is there supposed to be a remote with the fire place? Another Montana owner told me I should have one but I did not see one with this RV. I have the 3475RL 2006. thanks

We have a 05 3475 and no remote for the fireplace. If there is one and it is like the one for the furnace, forget it!!!!!

No remote on our '05 3295RK for the fireplace. Sounds like you were misinformed, but if there was one it would probably be no better than the one for the A/C that I just had replaced.

Well I only received a couple remotes and they are for the TVs and DVD. No remote for fireplace, AC, furnace, ceiling fans. Some folks have remotes for these things and others dont. Guess if they cause problems i am better off without them. I have enough trouble keeping track of the few I have. So no remote for fireplace. OK for me.

None in our 3000RK. If we had one we'd lose it within a week>

We already have five remotes in this little house of ours. I'm sure glad there isn't one for our fireplace too.

Our fireplace was dealer-installed so it is not representative of the factory-installed version. It does have a remote. [We keep it in a drawer beside the fireplace, so it doesn't add much convenience, though we are less likely to lose it there.]

Now I've heard it all. A Remote to lite the fireplace..We really know how to rough it don't we..The remote I want is the one you activate when when you pull into your site, and the front legs come down, the hitch unhitches, the Rv levels, the slides come out, the awning comes down, the steps come out the doors open and the coffee maker turns on.
