All Set for Old Man Winter!

Well we are all set to tuff it out in the mountains for the next 6 months....lowered the solar panels and set them at 30 deg facing due south for optimal efficiency in this latitude.
Skirted the belly with foil faced foam insulation and installed the mini electric heateds in the basement (just in case).
Hopefully the white stuff stays away or at least does not accumulate to much so we can get on the road to the Q in January!

That has got to be the most ingenious solar panel setup I have ever seen. Good job.

I just love to look at your solar setup. Wonderful job and great engineering. Since I'm not that skilled we're set up for winter also: down by Yuma, power for both AC's and plenty of sunscreen.

Thanks Al. Still have a few tweaks to do to make it a little more user friendly but that will come as I tinker...

We are staying at Brookside CG in Catskill, NY about 20 min from Hunter Mtn. Nice small CG and easy access to the Thruway to get to work.

That setup is awesome. We had to settle for central Florida to stay warm.
