Samsung defective units

In my new 2013 3150rl With Sansung CD player hooked to the Samsong TV the operation is dissapointing at best. No sound out of the back speakers,no seek capability in the FM tuner,no AM tuner at all, seven steps to get the CD drawer open. It's the most complicated affair I've ever seen. Customer service is a joke.935 negative complaints out of 1093 total. Never have gotten the FM tuner to work. Hope Keystone stops putting them in future units.

Ours was all set up when we took delivery last fall and was/is working perfectly. You should have received a book for each device (TV/Surround).

I swapped out the original Samsung DVD unit with the Samsung equivalent blu-ray player the day I brought it home and it has worked well. If I was fulltiming I would probably go with separate units (dedicated receiver and dedicated blu-ray player).

We had similar issues when we took delivery of our 3150 last year. No sound from the rear speakers and all the others you listed. It all ended up being setup issues. Once I had all the settings set correctly it works perfectly. I had to get the manual out and go through all the setups for each function - TV/CD/FM/Ipod and then I set up a universal remote to get rid of all the individual ones. Very happy with it now...
