One of the two low point drains on our 13 3402 Big Sky did not begin to leak two days ago.

Thanks for the reminder. I have replaced 4 or 5 with small bolts/washers/nuts that pulled out the first couple of months. I have been meaning to replace all the others before heading back north but kept forgetting.

Our Mountaineer just finished a 1900 mile round trip. Everything works!! No serious issues with anything! OK, it does have some very minor stuff and I will be taking it to Scott at Tiara but, all in all.....was a very good shake down trip!

Indeed, yes. The good stuff!! We did a year in our new 3725, and of three Montana's that we have now owned, this is the first one that we had no, yes, NO problems. I do not count changing out the mattress to a memory foam, that was not a problem, that was a choice. I also do not count redoing the satellite TV cabling system, I wanted it to work a different way. And, the ceiling fan did not fail, I wanted a different style and more blades The six point leveling is WONDERFUL, and no leaks, no pops, no funny noises, etc. No bulbs burned out, no fuses blew, and I had an opportunity to run BOTH AC units at once, and everything worked. So yes, the "good stuff" does exist. Now, I think I'll go get a bottle of some other "good stuff".....!!

We are leaving our Solitude by Grand Design and trading in for our first Monty. It's been nothing but problems with our Solitude, we are hoping for good things with our 2016 Montana 3721rl, it will be here the first week of may.

This has been the hottest weather this 13 3402 Big Sky has seen and it is in Florida in the winter. We have had strings of 90 degree plus days with high humidity. In the 90's again today. Our 06 3400 was drafty and not very energy effective. This 13 3402 is night and day different. Being dark in color does not help but the two A/C's keep us very comfortable in fact the front A/C keeps the bedroom to cool. We have them set at different cooling temps. They have been going on at @ 10 in the AM and were still running at 11PM last night. Is it humid well it is raining water off the roof of both A/C's but they are doing a great job. This is a very positive thing about this 13 3402 Big Sky.

Yep I know 3 people with Solitude's all have been in the Shop many times,I just do not get all the Hoopla with this brand,I like My Buddies Solitude(I'm in it all the time) and it is a good looking Rig and roomy inside(101 in frame) but there is nothing special about them if there was I would have bought one instead of my New Monty ,they have issues and break like everybody else, They have had good Customer service and that is a bonus

For those who remember Aram Koltookian one time product manager of Montana he is now with KZ. We hear from him from time to time. He was always a good friend and supporter of The MOC.

So we look up at the ceiling of our 13 3402 Big sky today and observe the one of the two A/C vents did not fall off the ceiling and is firmly in place. We discovered the one that did fall off was on top of the Opposing slide were it landed while in transit and the slide was in. Minor problem, simple fix. These roads are just too much for these campers. 50% no fail rate is pretty good. The bottom panel in the closet beside the bed is badly bowed but no other panels are bowed. Only lost two fender screws on the way up but that is OK as we purchased replacement hardware in Florida that will not fall out and we will not have to remove the ones that fell out. Saves time.

After almost three years of full timing in our 3700RL, neither of us has tried to kill the other. Do you call that a positive benefit of owning a Montana or is it an unintended consequence.
