Washer Question
Hi Happy Campers,
We had both a washer and dryer installed in our rig at purchase (stackable units) and they are both MAJESTIC brands. The problem: we did not receive any kind of operating manual ( and believe it or not, the dealer does not have one either!). There are 2 knobs on the washer. One is for wash type selection (permanent press, regular and delicate cycles) the other knobs is the mystery knob! It has two colors, aqua and red around the dial and a series of numbers in matching colors. Changing the dial doesn't seem to do anything. We've asked the dealer service dept. and nobody knows what this is. They gave us a website and a phone number to call but the website is no longer in operation and the phone number keeps giving us a busy signal. (Sounds like we're getting a run-around?) The washer works fine and we've figured out all the other symbols on the first dial but sure would like to know what the second dial is for. Any body know?
