Actually, that is not a bad price, but it is a 2010 model and the 2011's are out now. MSRP for these new front living room models are well into the 70 - 80,000 range.

Looks like a good price to me....but East Coast? That's a long ways from the lower Gulf Coast. My dealer in East TX advertises that unit (2011) for $55.
