Water Leak
We are in Abilene at the Abilene KOA. Brother in law is parked next door in his 08 Montana. I was sitting in the recliner checking email and the MOC Forum when Sis stuck her head in the door and asked me to come help DBL with a water leak. Went to investage and found they had water running out from under the stairs by the bath. After empting the basement and removing the cover from the convenience center we found the hose from the pump was cross threaded where it connected to the line from the city water. The threads were pulled to the point they wouldn't hold. Luckily I had a hose in my collection of parts and we were able to replace the hose. All this only took about 30 minutes but it's frustrating to have a new rig and find a problem like this. They were also lucky they were in the Montana and not off on an extended shopping or site seeing trip or there could have been some major water damage. Just another reason to check all the fittings and connections yourself and not depend on the factory.
