Great Dexter Service
While adjusting my brakes today I discovered that the lining was completely gone from on of the brake shoes. I called a local Dexter dealer and they told me that brake shoes are generally not covered. Well not wanting to accept this I called Dexter and explained what had happened and that I had only put about 2500 miles on this unit since buying it. The lady at Dexter then asked what parts I wanted her to send me. I said I was thinking of taking it to the dealer and she said fine, have them check all the brakes and fix whatever needs fixing. Now is that great service or what?
