Getting my Unit in for repairs!

Do you all have to wait ten days for minor repairs?
Every time I talk to the srevice department where I bought my unit they put me on a waiting list of ten days or better.

I'm not sure if I would be happy with that or not. I wouldn't because you have to wait so long but then again they are busy which is a good thing so hopefully they are satisfying their customers needs.

Ten days seems crazy to me. The longest I have waited for my dealership is three days. They asked if I could bring the coach in sooner and leave it, if they had time to get to it they would have it done sooner than the original date promised. Those guys are great to deal with, hope yours can get you in soon.

How about telling us the name of your dealership. I don't think I would do any business with then. Happy rving....

Roneurit,

I guess that there will almost always be some waiting. I hope your problems are not major in nature. If you bought your rig up the road at Jack's Campers you are probably competing for shop space with a bunch of soggy bottom Excels and Jaycos.

Say, nice to see another S. Dakotan join the forum. Welcome aboard.
