SLIDEOUTS

Our 2008 3400RL slides go out in the following order: bedroom lst, kitchen stove 2nd, tv and desk 3rd, and couch and table 4th. Periodically after the bedroom slide starts to open out, the couch and table slide will start to open out before the kitchen stove slide does. They don't always open up in the same order. I suppose as long as they work ok, I shouldn't worry but was wondering why this happens. Anyone out there ever have this happen to them and is it anything to be concerned about? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They follow the path of least resistance.

As said, they go by path of least resistance, or easiest first. Many folks here, myself included, have upgraded the circuit breaker by either adding an additional one in parallel to the existing one, or replacing it with one of higher value (80 amp). When I did mine, I noticed the slides worked faster.

As said, it's least resistance. If you are not exactly level they can open in a different sequence than last time just because you're off level in a different direction. Sometimes one of ours will start moving and then stop and another slide starts instead.

I have an '06 3400 and they move the way you state. And although one may start out before the last is all the way out, I have never had them open out of sequence.
