Newbie question for the 3295

This may be applicable to other models but looking under the 3295 at the rear, I have two drainage tubes protruding through the bottom. I know one is the fresh water tank but what is the other? In addition, I have a drainage tube towards the front of the camper on the drivers side. What is up with that one?
I know, we should've paid more attention during the orientation....

Thanks for enlightening us!
