Weather stripping

2022 3121RL - Any idea what caused this weather stripping to shrink and is it just a DIY 1 inch RV weather stripping job to replace?

Rubber expands and contracts with temp changes. Nature of the beast. Oh and welcome to the MOC!

There is a “clamp” with a screw at the bottom of the strip. If you removed the clamp, it will allow you to reposition the weatherstrip. In most instances, there is enough at the end under the clamp to allow you to reposition. I had the same situation on my 3791RD

Same here on my 3791RD, but unfortunately in addition to shrinking it also split and cracked so I had to replace it. Found new on Amazon.
