low water presure

3791RD-Any suggestions on why I have low water pressure in my bathroom and kitchen sink? Shower is fine..toilet flushes fine. I've done some troubleshooting, with no water regular, no filter and checked for leaks. No changes. Ideas, Please

Both of the faucets have screens in them that could be clogged up

check your faucet aerators or screens for sediment.

We had the same problem early on and it was rocks in the faucet screen. I use an inline filter so I’m thinking the FOD was in the pipes from the start.

If the screens aren't plugged both faucets have water restrictors in them you can drill them out or just take them out and put them in the round file. We put in better faucets.

The HOSE to the kitchen faucet has a flow restrictor that cuts the volumn/pressure down. I removed the restrictor and it works great.
Haven't figured out the toilet pressure yet. However the bidet only works AS you are flushing.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll look for the restrictive.

Both recommendations are correct. I had to take out both restrictors, and the get a new aerator for the bathroom.

Bob,
Where are these restrictors located? We have low pressure at the kitchen sink.
Thanks

If that is your problem with the low water pressure the restrictor is in the head of the faucet it will be a round disk with a small hole in it. You can just take it out or drill a bigger hole in it. I just took it out and had way better pressure after that. Hope this fixes your problem.
