2008 Big Sky SOLD & Ford F350 AVAILABLE

As many of you know, we have hung up the keys and have decided to sell our wonderful 2008 Big Sky, Model 340RL. Her tow vehicle is also for sale, but the Big Sky has to go first or as part of a package. I have taken the liberty of "borrowing" many of Stiles Watson's description of their Big Sky rather than reinvent the wheel.

Pictures are posted at http://www.flickr.com/photos/94375779@N04

Special equipment for this model:
32" Flat screen TV with entertainment center and speaker system
King sized bed
Double wide Refrigerator
Central Vacuum Cleaner
Functional Electric fireplace
Decorative fit and finish
“U” shaped kitchen
Internal water filtering system
Large Microwave/convection oven
Slide Toppers on all slides

Additions:
Stacked Ariston Washer and Dryer
Second A/C unit in Bedroom
2 Leather Lazy-Boy recliners
Custom Sun Shade

Up grades:
Mor-Ryde X-factor Reinforced suspension system
Wet bolts
Goodyear G614 tires

The NADA value is around $45,000. For MOC members we are asking $38,00 and will consider delivering the unit.

2005 Ford F350 6.0 PSD, Crew Cab, 4x4, dual rear wheels, air lifts, truck trunk, Rhino bed liner, leather seats. 5th wheel hitch and louvered tailgate. Recently serviced, new belts and brakes. 135,000 miles

The NADA value is $20,000. We are asking $19,000, OBO

Bob & Pam, I sincerely hope it is not a health issue forcing the sale. I am sorry we did not get to spend more time together while you were here. Seems we both had a "not so very nice year Bob". Although we sold our rig and got top dollar for them, I'm sure we will miss them and being able to travel some more. We have been thinking of a Class C or older Class A, just to get away for the summer. Another 5er and truck are out of the question. If you get back here, please come see me, we could do lunch again.

I go to cardiac rehab three times a week and right now just completed my 16th visit out of a 33 visit program, all up in Chandler. I see my chiropractor right after each visit also for my back and hip. He thinks I may need to see a hip specialist. I turned 65 in Nov and I can honestly say the getting old really, really, sucks. Stay safe my friend and enjoy life as much as you can....

BTW: Are you selling the truck with it also? Might go faster if you do.

Vickie and I enjoyed the times we spent with you and hope to be able to stop by one of these years. Good luck with the sale.

Good idea, Phil. Thanks for the reminder. Bob is doing very well and our transition to a house had nothing to do with his triple bypass and partial nephrectomy last year. It just happened to coincide with those unexpected events. We considered a village home at Palm Creek, but it's just too dusty for me there. We have settled in Quail Creek in Green Valley, AZ and are loving it. Hope you and Cathy are doing well.

I think you made the right decision. We lived in Tucson for 5 years in late 80's early 90's and visited Green Valley often. Are you anywhere near our other MOCers, David and Joanne? There's alot of us in AZ, Maybe we should try and get together somewhere?

Phil, we are about 2 miles from David and Jo-Anna in the same development, Quail Creek. They have been wonderful in welcoming us and making sure we were hooked up to all things important! I tell people they are our "advance team"! They are part of the reason we are loving it here. Give me a holler if y'all would like to come down for lunch sometime.
