Arizona in the Winter

Well my Achilles tendon ruptured last night, had to spend about 4 hours in the ER. Probably will have to have surgery. Going in for a MRI tonight. Will be seeing the Orthopedic Surgeon next Monday.

They tell me that the healing process can take up to 6 months. NO DRIVING. :-(

So we will not be going to Arizona this year.

My wife tore a tendon in her foot into a couple years ago along with several other problems. A 5 1/2 hour surgery along with 2 plates 2 frozen toes and 9 screws she is fine now. She was off of her foot for 9 weeks and took 1 pain pill.
Nobody enjoys going under the knife but it's not as bad as you will imagine and soon you will be as good as new. Be sure you choose not good doctor a great one.
Good luck. You will be fine.
