I have found that mean green mildew destroyer works great on mildew and that nasty black that shows up under the slide out awnings.

Yes I found it at dollar general. I also ordered a case online. With shipping it was only 3 bucks a bottle. Mean Green is the brand and get the mildew destroyer.

I use Tilex, which I bought at Costco. I spray it on, use a wash brush and car soap, and rinse well. Comes out sparkling clean.

Zep makes a Mold and Mildew Eliminator that work very well for about $3.00 a bottle. You can get it at Home depot.

I also use Tilex...spray it on...roll the awning up...wait about 30 minutes...open and just rinse off...it it the easiest to use I have found
