Spring Cleaning

Well, its spring cleaning time. Today I vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpets in the coach. Also, backfilled and cleaned all the holding tanks as we've used this for guests over the winter. Tomorrow I will wash and use Protectal on the exterior. Check bearing lubrication, brakes, fire up water heater and furnace, etc.

Then wash and wax the truck and take it for an oil change.

Hit the road on Tuesday to Lacombe, LA.

Gotta luv spring!!!

You guys are lucky to be able to use your coach so early in the year. I have the itch, but today we are back to getting more snow. Had some 100+ accidents since 2pm this afternoon due to this "winter storm" that is blowing through. Oh how I cannot wait until April to bring the coach out of the garage and get it ready for the summer.

Sounds like a lot of work. You will have a showroom unit when you finish. Have fun.

Do you do windows? How much do you charge for detailing services? I am in P.C. Beach Fla. You could come by and give some personal instruction.
We try to give the unit a detailing at least once a year, I am in charge of the outside.

Due to mice pooping every where I plan to take a gallon of bleach to camp and my steam cleaner to try and get rid of all the germs and odors.I'm going to make it as clean as an operating room. All this will, of course, drive Kenny absolutely crazy. He already thinks I'm nuts about cleaning.

Judy,
I will tell ya what, if I can figure out a job that would allow me to work in the south during the winters and up here in the summers I would be gone in a heart beat. I do love the snow, but after driving in it for the past 11 years I am sure tired of it. I want to wear short and flip flops all year round, not winter coats, hats, gloves, and dont forget about scraping the ice off windows and shoveling. I would much rather be sitting by the pool with a cool drink in my hand. =) Someday I guess....

My hubby grew up in NE Iowa and he had all the snow he could handle during those years. Now he acts like he's allergic to it and that's fine with me! Your time will come, Montana Sky, and I guarantee you'll love it!
