F-A-S-T grilled steak
This is really not a recipe, but rather a method. I more or less just stumbled across it after a rain storm changed my plans to throw a steak on the grill. Marinate a couple of steaks in a mixture of 2 parts Dale's seasoning sauce and 1 part worchestershire sauce for about 2 hours. Don't preseason steaks - the sauce is plenty salty. Place steaks on a George Foreman grill and cook to desired state. Takes about 10-15 minutes for medium well.
Use boneless meat (ribeye, sirloin strip, etc.) - I don't think a T-bone would do well on the George Foreman. No charcoal, no lighter, no smoke and cleanup takes about 30 seconds. Taste great. You gotta try it.
