dometic ac making weird noise

i have a one year old dometic rooftop ac and it just started making a humming and loud vibration noise when it comes on. Anyone else heard of this or any ideas on when i can look for? thanks

If were mine I would pull the top cover of and run it and see if you can see anything you may have compressor the blower fan is it out of warranty? if you aren't comfortable doing that you my have a tech look at it.

Also check that the bolts holding it on are tight.

Since you are in South Georgia like me, I would check for a dirt dobber nest in the back side of the fan. I had that problem right after we bought our unit and thought it would shake the 5er apart. Take off the cover of the ac and watch it run. If this is the problem it will be evident and a easy fix.
