1 for her, 1 for me
Several of you have done these improvments. She gets a new kitchen faucet and I get a hand rail. I have a knee that has gone south. Soon to be metalized. Also we changed out the recliners. Found a brand that is called BEST. They are rocker, swivel. On sale 50 off. They fit just right.

Very nice improvements!
Our new leather reclining loveseat is also a "BEST" product and we love it! The back comes off so it was easy to get into the Montana.

Yup - did the bathroom faucet, lazy susan, recliners, fireplace, tires, water pump, and just about anything else I can think of.
I thought I was pretty well set until I starting reading of Ozz's escapades...he's gonna get me into serious trouble, that guy...

Mind if I copy the handrail? Very nice job. Sue likes the faucet as well.

There's nothing more appreciated when you're out and about than a good place to sit down and relax. A comfy chair is a godsend.
My brother just had his knee done and it's been a rough one for him...I hope it goes well for you.

Excellent, Dick!
I'm sorry to hear about the knee. I hope the surgery goes well. Please let us know how it goes.

Dick, your improvements are great. However, I want to pass on a warning that Jeff gave me when we installed our extra assist handle. That wall has a ton of wires in it and he said to avoid it. Dick lucked out and didn't hit any of them but be aware before you do this. We put ours on the opposite side and it has worked great.
Happy trails...........................

Way to go Dick. We found the Best recliners also. Have had them for a year and they fit great. Good luck with the knee.

Where is everyone finding the Best furniture? Dennis would love to replace the recliners. Everyone post pictures of your new furniture if you can. I would love to see what you have done.
Good luck with the knee replacement. I've had the right one done and still need to get the left one done.

Great Job, I did both of these last fall, before we even used the unit. IMO, the stairway rail is an absolute must and my 80 year old Dad could not go upstairs without it.
Keystone, are you listening. Stairway rails are a must. Most building inspectors will not give you a move in permit without stairway rails in place.
Not too many spring chickens buying Montanas ( except for Dave ) so why do all the RV makers miss out on another way to attract more buyers. Keystone makes a valid point in their brochure that the bedrooms are all one level for safety. The little trippers are built into the cheaper lines like Cougars. I guess the thinking is people that buy a cheaper line deserve to do a face plant on their way to the biffy in the middle of the night.
