When you try to replace the fuse does blow. If so You have a short somewhere past the fuse. What does it go to? The short could be in the fuse box but I doubt it. If it just sparks is everything it runs on. If so no problem.

BS, is that for Bed Slide?
You are going to have to figure out what that fuse is protecting and replace the light/device or see if the wire is chaffed through and touching metal some where.. ie...grounding out. Its blown for a reason, something is going on for sure!

Your AC is 120 volt. This is 12 volt.

Unless it's the control circuit.

Following Daryles mislabel thought it says low current A/C so I bet it is the control circuit. If you disconnect the control board and your red light goes out that's the problem, because you will have removed the load from the d/c circuit.

The red light constantly being on means there is some kind of load constantly connected to that circuit. The light will only be on if there is a path to ground, either thru a normal load or by a short. So it could be an actual legitimate load, or could be a shorted wire. You will need to determine where that circuit actually goes (bs = bed slide?) and disconnect wires until the light goes out. Then you will know where to troubleshoot the problem.
If "bs" is bedroom slide then look for a damaged wire in the bundle that moves with the slide. Can't think of anything else "bs" would stand for, well except for the obvious.
If your bedroom AC is controlled by a common wall thermostat, then it could be in the 12 vdc to the thermostat, but it would seem that that would affect both ACs. If it is a stand alone AC then there should be no 12 vdc to it.
