Rear TV not lowering into cabinet

We have a 2011 Model 3665 RE and our rear TV will not lower into the cabinet. Has anyone had this problem? We're thinking its the motor, but could it be something else?

More detail would be helpful.

Is the motor making any noise or do you just get quiet?
Have you tried both the remote and the cabinet mounted switch?
Have you checked the fuse?

Those 3 come quickly to my early morning head.

Another quick thought:

If you are getting noise but no - or limited - movement, make sure there are no obstructions - that a cord didn't move and get jammed in there or something else fell in there..

We have the same model, and had to replace the remote battery at around the 20 month timeframe.

Our TV lift quit a few years ago. We found that movement had pinched the power wires. once we got at it it was an easy fix. If the wires are pinched it may blow the fuse.
