made the switch f250-f350

well we made the switch from my 2008 f250 to the 2008 f350 king ranch mimimal cost on monthly payments jsut $58 More a month. i llke the fact that if feels good driving it around. i ordered another rail kit from reexe and will get it installed and see how she looks with the monty. it came with chrome bedrails and a front full length chrome head rail with 6 kc lights on top , not sure might have to remove the rails for clearnace with the monty. now just waiting for some warm weather and see how she does.

I need to do the same. Have 2008 Dodge 2500 6.7 Descil but think we need 3500. What differences have you noticed?

FULLTIMER: just driving using it for daily driving just seems a liitle more stable with the dual wheels, havnt hooked to the monty yet excited to see how she handles. just like the facd that i know have a 9000 lb rear axle instead of the 6100 i had. i know it will help my pin weight and rawr. the only dilema i have is wheter to get a new rrali kit ofr the reese hitch or try to find a companion hitch, reason is i have the B&W turnball in the truck and if i get a companion hitch the truck bed will still be clean; no rails.

I have had 3 different Reese hitches. This time I went with the Companion B&W hitch. I sure like it better.

Did you have the 18 or 20 inch wheels on your 2008 F250?
