Best stuff to fill exterior gouges?

When working on the 5er today, I found some gouges on the exterior. They are where the decals used to be so I suspect the PO gouged it while scraping to remove the decals. What’s the best thing to fill them? Just some clear epoxy?

Sounds like some white Marine-Tex is the stuff...

West Marine carries small tubes of Gel Coat repair. It comes in the basic colors.
Used on boats to repair scratches and dings.
