Knee Surgery--Update

Just wanted to let you all know that tomorrow is the big day. I'm having an old knee replacement replaced. It was bad from the beginning and just kept getting worse. Don't know just when I'll be back on line--probably off until Thursday or Friday.

Orv

Came home this afternoon. Everything went well. Will be having physical therapy three days a week for the next five weeks, then see the surgeon. If everything works out, we'll be back on the road October 18. I've got hitch itch already.

Here's wishing you blessings (there is no such thing as luck) and a quick recovery. My father has had both knees replaced (Agent Orange we believe from two tours in Vietnam) and the results were very good. Let us know as soon as you are up and around since you are needed here!! I will be praying for your complete recovery.

Our prayers for a speedy and full (better than than full) recovery are with you. Let us know when you are back up and "running"...

My dad, at 79, had this replacement. Better than it has been of years, or decades.

My favorite subject had both mine replaced about a year and a half ago and I am better than ever, you will be better too, walking and above all you'll be pain free[after rehab of course ]
funny about the new knees the MORE you use them the better thay feel..
rehab is a bit*h but the more pain that you can take while streching the better results you will get.

e-mail me if you have any questions, I had 2 done ,that makes me an expert just kidding

Have at it Orv. Rehab is the key to get you better than you were before. Continued blessings are in store for the future.
