Ouch, that's quite a statement from a salesman on the front lines and again too yourself as an owner of the original 3610 floor plan. As we have said before we too have the original 3610 floor plan and just cannot understand how Keystone feels they improved it with the last changes.

The 3610 current is still a nice floor plan but it was much better before. In particular is the change from a washer/dryer pantry in the kitchen gone to allow for an expanded china cabinet. Well Keystone we don't need a larger "China" cabinet, we need ease of use for a washer dryer and as this thread indicates you have not accomplished that with moving the prep to the front closet. To us the new bedroom has many misgivings as well compared to the 2014/2015.

We will soon see how these changes play out as sometimes just following leads you in the wrong direction.

Don't get me wrong Darwin, we love our unit and love the look and quality for the price point of our Montana but we are concerned for long term as we see a trend in the way they do things that we do not like. Like our salesman said he has seen it all and who knows by next year things will change again.

The front washer dryer does not make sense for practical means just on the stand point of moisture in the closet and bedroom and if there is a leak of any sorts it could do a lot of damage. I would not put a washer up there without a drain pan that would drain to the outside that is for sure.

I wasn't too concerned about any moisture from the w/d in our front bath model but I was concerned about moisture from the shower. That is why I had a vent cover transferred from my trade to the Monty to put over the bath ceiling vent. That way I can run the vent even during the common downpours we get in SW Washington.
