Where do I find the tool to manually retract cable slide
Where can I get the 1/4 adapter for to Manually retract my Electric cable slides? My dealer said they do not come with the unit.

It probably was in the RV when it shipped. When it disappeared is the question.

Mine didn't come with one either. I purchase a 2 pack on Amazon with different lengths.

I have a 2020 MHC 381TH and it came with 4, 1 for each slide.

Mine came with. You can pick up at most auto part stores, or tool section at home depot or lowes.

I bought 3 new Montanas and none had this with them and never needed one.

Ours came with 4. Look behind the inside top trim for each slide. Mine were strapped there on this and the previous SOB. Oh and the dealer is wrong as BAL supplies an adapter withe each slide. He owes you at least one, four if he was to turn honest

Geoff, did you get one of the blue Keystone fabric bags with the manuals in it with your unit? If you did, look in the bottom of that bag and see if the extension might be in it. Also I have seen the extension in some of the kitchen drawers at the dealership near us. One can never tell where the factory might have put the extension when going out the door. Of course someone going through your unit while it was at the dealership may have walked off with it also. I have heard of this also.

I got 3 of them with my 2019. So, I am thinking they do come with it but some dealers lose them?
I think that any flex drill extension would work.

Ours came with several of them...maybe 5 or 6. They were in the bag with all of the literature and manuals for our 5er.

If you have electric jacks, the extensions also work to retract and extend the jacks if the power fails for some reason. The fitting is on the top of the jacks.
