Majestic wash machine
Ours shakes the whole 5er over two inches from side to side in the express mode. Majestic and dealer say "some vibration is normal." I don't consider that "some vibration." Does anyone else have this problem?

That is way too much. We have the same problem. Our shocks went bad on our washing machine. We are waiting for parts. And to make matters worse the maintance people said our warranty was not valid after instalation in a 5th wheel.

We have both a washer and a dryer. Both running at the same time the only place we can feel any vibration at all is in the water closet and right outside the washer/dryer closet. It's next to the water closet. And the vibration is very slight. Something sounds wrong with yours.

We also have the Majestic and it does a great job. We do have some jiggles also but we find that the better the unit is stabilized the less vibration we get. We love not having to go to outside laundry facilities...

Walter, what brand is yours... and did it say something in the fine print about not being installed in a RV?

Talked to Majestic Yesterday. They agree something is wrong and are getting someone from the local Sears to come fix it. The stated the warrenty is valid for RV use. This is one of their primary market areas. Will let all know what happens.

Glad that you're getting such a good response from Sears. That is encouraging.
