Leaks in back window

On our first trip (1200 miles) last week it rained the first 400 miles. When we stopped at a rest stop I noticed a puddle of water in the bottom of the big picture window in the rear. Some had spilled out on the floor. Outside the window there appears to be drain holes. Is it normal for water to collect in the pockets of the windows or does it sound like I have a leak?
