If you click "info" on their toolbar, it will open up a menu with a "downloadable catalog" option on it, and that shows exploded diagrams of the hitches so you will know the exact part number of what you need to replace.
It says they don't deal in service or parts and a consumer must contact a dealer for that. Their homepage does offers a zip code search for nearby dealers though. (Reese doesn't even have their own phone number available on their website anywhere).
