Battery charging

With both battery cut off.s off will the battery’s charge when plugged in ???

It would really help knowing what model and year your rig is, and you should have only one battery disconnect switch, usually in the convenience center, and that switch must be connected for the converter to charge the batteries.

Sorry it’s a 2021 3930FB I located in battery compartment the other is located in water/ cable box on the side

Based on how my 2018 Monty is set up, the battery cut off switch in the battery compartment is for the residential refer ONLY. It cuts power to the inverter which powers the refer. The cut off switch in the convenience center cuts power to the rest of the trailer. (Note: even with that switch in the off position there is still 12 volt power to the CO2 sensor.)
That being said, if you want the batteries to charge you much have the convenience center switch in the ON position.

Sorry, there are NO CO2 sensors in these rigs, but there Is a CO sensor, so maybe that is what you are talking about. 😇

My 2021 3021 inverter also powers a couple of 120 volt outlets while on battery. It would be nice to have some additional information on that battery cutoff in the battery box. The dial is marked Acucuator not sure what that means.
