Making a list and checking it twice

Ok I have read so much on here about critical running gear upgrades that people have recommended, I am thinking I need to make a list and get input on same. I have a 2018 triple axle 381TH. I am thinking about the following primarily from a safety and ride aspect and looking for confirmation and thoughts:

Disc Brakes
Timkin bearings
Better suspension links?
Shock absorber suspension add on (don't know what you call it)?
Better grade of G rated tires
Tire pressure/temp monitor
Cushion hitch pin like RotoFlex or Moyride
The steps that fold inside the door
Anything else that yall would consider "mission critical" to safe towing?

All this stuff looks to me to add up to 6 or 7 grand, shame we didn't know this when we got the loan so it wouldn't have to be out of pocket......

The steps that fold in the door are not a fix all. Ask those who own them and think about how you would use them. Some folks like them others not so much. We made them take them off our new rig and put regular steps on or we wouldn't buy it.

Maybe not quite safe towing but we like our EMS (surge protection), we have been saved three time so far.
