Front Leveling Jacks

We have a 2009, 3400RL Montana. When I set up the trailer on a site, I have difficulty with the front leveling jacks. The spring loaded pin is very difficult to get through all the holes on the adjustable leg. I have adjusted the bracket many times but seams to come out of adjustment when traveling. I have looked at replacing the spring loaded pins with Barker "Snaps". Does anyone have suggestions or experience with the Barker "Snaps"?

Have you checked to see there is not a small twist in the legs? we have had ours for 5 years now with no problems at all. Is it still under warranty? Maybe your dealer could shed some light on this for you.

We have used our 3400 in over 90 locations plus storage. We have never had a problem. Maybe your dealer can adjust them.

Dealer replaced mine.
Seems the Chinese (stamped on face of galvanized outer piece) manufacturer failed to punch the holes in the center of the outer pieces, making it difficult to align the pin through all the holes. They have little "ears" bent into them on the outer edges supposedly to force you to have the holes in the center, but, as I said, with the holes punched off center, as mine were, - had them replaced.
