Bakeware

We just purchased a 2019 MHC 330RL. Our current travel trailer only has a Half Time convection/microwave that I have mainly used just for the microwave function. What is the best bakeware to use in the convection/microwave and the Furrion gas oven? I have heard that using a pizza stone in the gas oven is helpful to even out the heat for better baking. Has anyone used silicone bakeware in the convection oven? Thanks for all the great advice!

Yes we use silicone bakeware in our convection oven. They work well and clean up easy. Quite a selection available on Amazon. Still looking for a pizza stone but as I am not a fan of the propane oven it has not been a priority.

Our oven came from the factory with a pizza stone in it. apparently just a few shipped that way. We almost never use the actual oven except for storage. We use the convection oven for everything and use the same utensils we would in a regular oven.

Our oven also came with the pizza stone. I go back and forth using it. I am still playing around with my baking on the road. I use regular metal pans and aluminum throw away pans. Let me know how you make out.
